Returns

If you wish to return an item please read the following information.

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase

You must take reasonable care of goods whilst they are in your possession. Goods must be returned in an unopened state in order to receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be without damage and in a suitable condition for resale. Any cardboard headers must not be folded. We cannot accept any returns without their original packaging. Costumes can typically be opened and tried on and then resealed. All goods will be inspected on their return. Postage & Packaging charges will not be refunded

Due to their nature, items such as teeth, facial hair, wigs, make up, tights & stockings cannot be returned unless unworn or unused, this is due to health reasons.

We will not refund the cost of postage and packaging for you to return goods to us

When returning goods please provide your order number, name, address and contact phone number within the return parcel to ensure a speedy process once we receive the products. Alternatively you can return the original invoice in the package which has all the order information on it.

We strongly advise that you use Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed For” service or their “Special Delivery” service when returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods going missing or lost in the post on their return to us.

We aim to make refunds on the same day as the return back to us, however please allow a few days for a refund to be processed. If an item is returned to us that, due to reasons outlined above, cannot be refunded then we will inform you of the reason for this. We can return the items back to you if the postage & packaging costs are met, otherwise the items will be destroyed
